All classes require a yoga mat or other non slip surface

 

 

 

GENTLE/RESTORATIVE CLASS

BASICS CLASS

  • yoga mat or non slip surface 

  • yoga belt, or something similar

  • 2 blocks

  • 2-3 firm blankets 

  • If balancing is challenging for you, setting up near a wall or using a folding chair can be helpful.

 

 

LEVEL 2 CLASS

MEDITATION AND RELAXATION

  • A comfortable and supportive place to sit either on the floor, against a wall or in a chair. A meditation cushion can be helpful if sitting on the floor.

  • A light blanket

  • If focused gaze is part of the meditation, bring a candle or other object you can use to steady your gaze.

  • Blocks or stool, to place your feet on if your feet don't touch the floor while sitting in a chair.
