What level class should I take?

If you're new to yoga or returning to your practice after a long break, start with a gentle, basics or introduction to yoga class. Once you feel comfortable at this level try an All levels class, Mixed or Intermediate class. If you're unsure contact Ginger. If you have an injury or other concern that may impede your ability to practice please contact Ginger before class.

How much do online/live-streamed classes cost?

I've never tried yoga. Where should I start?

An introduction to yoga class is the best first class for you! However if you don't see an intro class scheduled, feel free to join a beginner, gentle or full moon class.

How do I join classes online?

I use Zoom for our yoga classes. A day or two before your class, you'll receive a direct link to our zoom class.

When are online classes offered?
