    RESTORE & MEDITATE is a gentle practice that incorporates seated yoga poses, breathwork (pranayama), and a variety of meditation techniques, such as focused gaze (trataka) meditation and guided mindfulness (shamatha-calm abiding) meditation. This class offers a calm and supportive space to deepen your yoga and meditation practice. You're welcome to practice the meditation portions of class seated on a chair or comfortably on the floor.
