Mixed Level

Mixed level classes are good for experienced beginners to intermediate levels of practice. This class offers more of a physical challenge keeping the focus on an inward approach to the asana. This class is not suitable for those new to yoga, recovering from an injury or with limited mobility. If you're unsure if you should attend this class, please contact Ginger.

Basic Yoga

A basic/beginners level class. Those new to yoga, returning to your practice after an extended break or wanting a more fundamental class will feel comfortable in this class.  If you have a serious injury or chronic condition you're advised to seek a medical professionals advice before beginning a yoga practice.

Gentle/Restorative Yoga

A gentle yoga class using supports like blankets and blocks to ease tension in the body and mind. This class is great for anyone wanting a slow and supportive class. Poses will be practiced on the floor. A list of props will be provided. If you have a serious injury or chronic condition you're advised to seek a medical professionals advice before beginning a yoga practice.
