A gentle yoga class using supports like blankets and blocks to ease tension in the body and mind. This class is great for anyone wanting a slow and supportive class. Poses will be practiced on the floor. A list of props will be provided. If you have a serious injury or chronic condition you're advised to seek a medical professionals advice before beginning a yoga practice.
A basic/beginners level class. Those new to yoga, returning to your practice after an extended break or wanting a more fundamental class will feel comfortable in this class.
For experienced beginners to intermediate levels of practice
Introduction to Yoga
An introduction to yoga workshop. This workshop is for anyone who would like a deeper understanding yoga history. The various "styles" of yoga and the 8 limbs of yoga will be discussed. There will be time for questions as well as a gentle practice including breathing exercises, postures and relaxation.
