Those new to yoga, returning to your practice after an extended break or wanting a more fundamental class will feel comfortable in this class.  If you have a serious injury or chronic condition you're advised to seek a medical professionals advice before beginning a yoga practice.

All level classes are good for all levels of practice. Basic variations will be demonstrated with some variations for more experienced yogis. This class is good for anyone who is familiar with yoga, and remembering to keep the focus on an inward approach to the asana. This class is not suitable for those who have never taken a yoga class, those recovering from an injury or with limited mobility and requires significant support. Gentle/Restorative Yoga

A gentle yoga class using supports like blankets and blocks to ease tension in the body and mind. This class is great for anyone wanting a slow and supportive class. Poses will be practiced on the floor. A list of props can be found here.
