About the Event
If you'd like to bring an Instant Pot to use, please RSVP with your "Instant Pot". There will be room for 6 instant pots. Working in teams you'll create healthy, quick dishes perfect for a work night meal.
Our sample menu includes:
Black bean soup ~ a healthy low-calorie starter that is freezable and will help curb main course appetite (no dietary restrictions).
Barley Risotto ~ utilize fiber-rich grains as substitute for meat (contains dairy).
Glazed vegetables ~ add beneficial flavor without cheese or butter (no dietary restrictions).
Mushroom risotto ~ get umami flavor from vegetables (contains dairy).
Chicken Tortellini Soup ~ broth demo (contains meat, dairy and gluten).
Tandoori chicken ~ use beneficial spices to make healthy meals exciting! (contains meat and dairy)
